Lyoto Machida knocks out Thiago Silva after dominating the standup in the first round.  Lyoto earned a takedown, then came down with a punch on top of Thiago for the knockout just as the round ended.

I'm sorry to announce to our readers that the apocolypse is now upon us.  I read over at Cagepotato today that the absolute lamest sport of all time has been concocted by the self-proclaimed creator of MMA and it's making it's ugly way through Youtube.

Xarm was created by co-ufc creator Art Davie and, as you can tell by the video, it is by far the lamest sport created in the history of mankind.  I think I got dumber watching this video.  Call me clueless but I had no idea this thing was out there.  Who thinks of this stuff?  And pushes it to other sane human beings who then follow and help create it?  Insanity.

So the premise of XARM is two guys standing at a table armwrestling and punching and kicking each other at the same time!  I don't usually type acronyms like this, but WTF?  Does anyone out there actually find this entertaining?
